In application of the Legislation in force, you have the right to access, oppose, rectify, delete and limit the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. These rights can be exercised by post to the following address L'Hedonist, 150 rue de Rennes 75006 Paris, enclosing a copy of your identity card with your request (which will not be kept by L'Hedonist and may either be destroyed or returned to you at your convenience). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you consider that we are not complying with the applicable regulations on personal data.
As the person responsible for processing your personal data, L'Hedonist wishes to respond to your concerns about the confidentiality of the information you send us by any means of communication, in particular: website(s) published and operated by L'Hedonist, chat, telephone communications, appointments with our Travel Designers (hereinafter referred to as "the Channels of Communication") with a view to offering you our products and services.
We may obtain information about you from other sources. For example, we may solicit a third party vendor or collector to provide us with additional information about our existing customers (data appending), including information from your profile or posts on a third party social network.
When you provide us with your personal data, you authorise us to use, analyse, store and, where appropriate, pass on your personal data to our partners where necessary to process your requests. By providing us with personal data via the Social Networks, you agree to this policy. Our policy may be amended to take account of changes in the legislation in force concerning personal data. We will keep you informed of any changes.
I. PERSONAL DATA TRANSMITTED TO L’HEDONIST
a) Data relating to your personal information
This is information concerning you as a natural or legal person that you have voluntarily communicated to L'Hedonist via the various Social Networks and which is essential for the design and realisation of your trip (examples: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, date of birth, passports...).
We would like to inform you that the information that must be provided to L'Hedonist is indicated by an asterisk on our website. Information not marked with an asterisk is optional. Your Travel Designer will tell you what information he or she needs to contact you by telephone or in person.
This information is essential for the processing of your requests for travel services, which unfortunately cannot be processed without this information.
b) Data relating to the personal information of third parties
As part of your request for a quotation and subsequently when creating your file, you have the possibility of entering the contact details of one or more other persons (other participants in the trip, person to be contacted in the event of an emergency, etc.).
In this case, the data of the other persons entered will only be used by L'Hedonist to process a request for a quote and subsequently to create your trip. If L'Hedonist wishes to use the data of other persons for a purpose other than those mentioned above, L'Hedonist will first seek their consent.
You therefore guarantee that L'Hedonist is informed of and agrees to this transfer of data to other persons whose data you provide.
L’Hedonist will inform the persons whose personal data it has collected indirectly, of their rights under this policy, when it first communicates to the other persons informed by email and including all information useful for the organisation of their trip.
The various Social Networks are not intended for use by minors without the permission of their parents or legal guardians. A minor of at least 16 years of age may request a quote for the organisation of a trip and provide the personal data required for this purpose. L’Hedonist will endeavour to verify the age of the minor on the basis of the information provided and the technological means available. Under no circumstances may the minor finalise, validate and pay for the trip without the consent of the holder of parental authority.
L’Hedonist makes reasonable efforts to verify that the consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental authority over the minor, taking into account the technological means available.
d) Sensitive data
L’Hedonist may collect data of a particular category such as health data (disability, allergy or special conditions) and indirectly to know the religion, beliefs or personal convictions of the persons concerned, although this collection is never direct and is only done by deduction (case of diet).
This data is only collected for the purposes of organising the transport and/or travel of the person concerned and will not be used in any other way.
